Dukançi Privacy Policy

Dukançi helps shops manage products, customers, orders, deliveries, staff, expenses, and buyer order tracking. This policy explains the information processed when you use the Dukançi mobile app and website.

Information we process

We process account details such as name, shop name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials. When you use order-management features, we process customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order items, prices, payment status, and delivery information. If you choose the screenshot-reading feature, the selected image is uploaded for the purpose of extracting order details.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure accounts, manage shop operations, create and track orders, send verification codes, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may use hosting, messaging, courier, analytics, error-monitoring, and artificial-intelligence providers only as needed to operate requested features. These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

Storage and retention

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Verification codes expire after a short period. Backups may retain deleted information temporarily until they rotate.

Security

We use encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your account information. A shop is responsible for customer information it enters into Dukançi. Buyers may contact the relevant shop about order details and may also contact us about their Dukançi account.

Children

Dukançi is a business and shopping utility and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
